ORDER PROCESSING

At Faeriesty, we value every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible. Customers will receive the order within 3-8 business days from the date of purchase. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays.

  • A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.
  • Once the payment verified, the order cannot cancel or change within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support your request.
  • It normally takes 1-2 business days to process your order in system.

  • Shipment takes approximately 5-8 business days.(U.S. ONLY)
  • Once your order is fulfilled, an email notification will be sent to your email with carrier tracking information
  • Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Faeriesty is NOT responsible for LOST, DAMAGED or STOLEN PACKAGES, if your package tracking show "Delivered" please contact your local post office for more information.
  • UPS Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
  • We will make every effort to deliver your package as soon as possible. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses.
  • If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact customer support within 30 days after your order was placed.
  • Due to the pandemic, we can't guarantee the deliver period, delivery may extend. Updated shipping information will be sent to your email.
  • If your order is still tracking as IN TRANSIT, we will NOT send another order or offer a store credit.

1. If you're not satisfied with the items you received. Customers can contact us within 30 days from the date of receiving item(s) except the Non-Returnable items. If you have received defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact customer service immediately with proof of pictures. 

2. We DO NOT provide return labels and customers are responsible for covering shipping costs to return. 

Can I cancel or edit my order?

1. We DO NOT allow order cancellations or order edits including address changes once order has been placed. No exceptions!

2. We are unable to make any changes to orders once dispatched from our warehouse. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.

Can I exchange my order?

1. We DO NOT offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site with your store credit

2. Original Shipping costs are not included in the store credit. If you having trouble to redeem your store credit. Please contact customer service email to obtain store credit redeem instruction.

Refunds

We ONLY offer store credit for all returned items. You will receive your store credit via email. We DO NOT issue refunds to original method of payment. Shipping costs are not included in the store credit and will not be refundedOnce your return has been delivered to Faeriesty, please allow 1-2 business days for your return to be processed and receive your store credit.

Important Notice:

1. We are NOT responsible for any delays due to local disruptions. We are NOT responsible for LOST, DAMAGED or STOLEN PACKAGES, if your package show "Delivered" in tracking system. Please contact your local post office or report to local authority for illegal activities.

2. Return items must be unworn, show no signs of wear, free of stains with original tags, and original packaging. Failure to do so, $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your store credits.

3. Faeriesty is NOT liable for any return packages that may become LOST or STOLEN in transit. Please keep your proof of postage as you own record when shipping back your returns.

If your package return to sender

This may happen when: 

  • The carrier is unable to deliver your package.
  • An address is invalid or missing information.
  • The order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery.

Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and customer will be issued store credit exclude the original shipping fee.

The ideal Boutique size range is 2000 to 4500 square feet.

The initial Franchise fee is $39,000 plus $150,000 as the typical investment for the boutique (exclusive of working capital).

Most franchise candidates find they can fund their business by accessing capital they already have available through the equity in their home or by accessing qualifying retirement plans such as a 401k without incurring penalties or experiencing tax consequences. Financing options may also include third-party (family, friends, existing business partners) or traditional bank loans. If you are planning to obtain financing from a bank, they will require that you provide 20% of the investment from your own resources (about $50-$75K ). Although Apricot Lane Boutique does not provide in-house financing, we can refer you to one of our preferred lender partners.

Our STRENGTH! We support all our franchisees with the training, products, technology, and marketing assistance that they need to build their businesses with confidence. We recommend that a franchisee be involved on a full-time basis with the business, but we know that is not always possible. In that case, we will work with you to hire a great fashion retail Boutique manager.

It typically takes about 90-120 days to open your Boutique once the location has been secured.

Yes, we’ve done this many times! We outsource to a construction firm very familiar with our concept who will complete your Boutique plans. They can secure landlord approval, manage the contractor selection process by sending out bids to national contractors that they have years of experience with, negotiate the final price, and then even manage your construction process while you focus on hiring staff and preparing your Boutique for opening.

Yes, each Boutique has the opportunity to expand their Boutique sales through online sales. We set up the platforms and guidelines so that your customers can order online through social media or using your approved Apricot Lane Boutique e-Commerce platform powered by Shopify.
