Shipping is free on your 1st return for any order in 7 DAYS THE UNITED STATES ONLY). Customers must contact our customer service center to apply for a return label within 7 days after the tracking marked delivered. Please note WE WILL NOT COVER THE RETURN SHIPPING FEE AFTER 7 DAYS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

PERMITTED TIME FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGE
At Faeriesty, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. Our dedicated quality control and quality assurance teams will inspect your items prior to shipping, our product quality is guaranteed. If you're not satisfied with the items you received, and we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in brand new condition. Start return with ONLINE RETURNS PORTAL.

RETURN POLICY
1. Your purchase must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Return items must be unworn, show no signs of wear, with original tags, and returned in their original packaging.
3. Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
4. Your return package must include a return form that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If the return form is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
5.We ONLY offer store points for returned items. You will receive your store points via email. We DO NOTE issue refunds to original method of payment. 
6. Faeriesty is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage as you own record when shipping back your returns.
7. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported with proof of picture within 7 days of delivery. 
8. Shipping costs are not included in the store credit and will not be refunded.

RETURNED-TO-SENDER & REFUSED PACKAGES
This may happen when: 

  •  the carrier is unable to deliver your package.
  • an address is invalid or missing information.
  • the order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery.


1.Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued equivalent points minus the initial shipping charge to your Faeriesty Reward System.
2. Faeriesty is unable to make any changes to orders once dispatched from our warehouse. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
Faeriesty does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
3. Lost package must be reported within 30 days of package initiate time, or Faeriesty does not take responsibility to reship your package. 

EXCHANGE
We DO NOT offer exchanges for any items at any time. If you need to exchange, please return the items that you want to exchange. We will issue you the store points, you can redeem the store points in your Rewards Account, to purchase the new item.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our customer service team with a proof of pictures via email. Once we receive your request, we will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue.
