How can I spend my points?
It’s very simple and straightforward. Just click on “Rewards” tab and you will see the list of all discounts you can redeem your points for. So you can greatly boost your savings.
Every 100 points = $1. You can use the points to deduct up to 100% of the total amount of products when you place your order. Click “Redeem” button in “Get Rewards” section to achieve discount code, copy and apply it in checkout.
*Note: this function will be active only when balance over 100 points.
Does the Faeristy points expire?
Faeriesty Points will be expired in 365 days. We will inform you 30 days before your points get expired. If your points expired before being used, they will be deleted from your account.

LOCATION
Before we award a franchise, we come out to meet you personally and spend the day looking at real estate. This visit happens at our expense. Your Point of Sale (POS) system is an important engine that drives your retail business. As an FAERIESTY franchisee, you can be confident that your POS is powerful and easy to learn. Our POS provider, SHOPIFY POS has a relationship with us that comes with discounts, custom reports, low processing rates and opportunities not available to any other retailer big or small. All FAERIESTY Boutique computers are Apple for streamlined training, ease of use and integration. We have the ability to remotely log in to securely assist you so technical support is just a phone call away!
Marketing Support
We have an in-house marketing department that becomes part of your extended team. Together, we work to promote the FAERIESTY brand while maximizing your visibility to your local community and customers. We provide cost-effective ready-to-use advertising materials and fully developed campaigns. We also provide consulting, concept development, design services, and training.
